Where science meets stillness, healing finds its way home.

Our Vision

To help people rediscover the quiet power of their own mind and body — so that healing is no longer a struggle, but a natural unfolding.

We envision a world where chronic conditions are not just managed, but meaningfully healed — through awareness, compassion, and inner balance.

Our Mission

To bring together the stillness of Vipassana and the science of Hypnotherapy in a way that makes deep healing simple, safe, and accessible.

We guide people living with chronic conditions to work with their bodies, not against them, and to awaken the healing intelligence that medicine alone cannot reach.

Our Values

Presence

We meet every person exactly where they are — with patience, openness, and respect for their pace of healing.

Compassion

Every symptom tells a story. We listen without judgment and help the body and mind feel safe enough to let that story change.

Collaboration

Vipnotherapy complements, never replaces, medical care. We honor the work of doctors and view healing as a shared journey.

Integrity

Trust is sacred. We practice with honesty, confidentiality, and the highest regard for professional ethics.

Simplicity

Healing doesn’t have to be complicated. The most profound shifts often begin with quiet awareness and gentle guidance.

After two decades of leading people and culture transformations in the corporate world, Sudhir Singh turned inward—to explore healing, presence, and what it truly means to be well.

His journey began much earlier. He was first introduced to Transcendental Meditation at the age of 12 and has practiced it ever since, along with other mind-body disciplines like yoga. Over the years, his interest deepened into a lifelong commitment to inner awareness, self-regulation, and integrative healing.

An engineer by training and a student of systems theory, Sudhir has always viewed life as a web of interconnected processes. That perspective helped him see something profound while studying Clinical Hypnotherapy and deepening his Vipassana practice: the mind and body aren’t just connected—they are constantly shaping each other in ways we often ignore.

Vipnotherapy grew out of that realization.

As a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and long-time Vipassana practitioner, Sudhir has witnessed how the body stores stress and how the mind quietly holds on to old emotional patterns—even when life has moved on. His work now centers on helping people reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and rediscover the quiet strength they’ve always carried.

He doesn’t offer quick fixes. But he does offer a grounded, compassionate space where the body and mind can find real relief—and perhaps, even a new kind of clarity.

Healing is not about erasing pain. It’s about learning to listen — until the mind softens, the body feels safe, and balance returns on its own.
