Vipnotherapy is a unique healing approach that combines two powerful methods:
Together, they help you understand what your body and mind have been carrying—and gently let go of what’s no longer serving you.
Vipnotherapy does not replace medical treatment. It supports your healing by addressing what medicine often can’t: the underlying physical and emotional stress signals that contribute to chronic conditions over time.
Your body remembers everything—even when your mind moves on.
Many chronic conditions don’t start with a single cause. They build up over time—through stress, emotions, beliefs, and unprocessed physical signals.
Vipnotherapy can support you in finding relief from a range of long-standing health challenges. Whether you’ve tried everything or are just beginning your journey, this approach meets you where you are.
“I didn’t expect to cry in the second session. But it was the good kind, the kind that releases something old. Vipnotherapy helped me find the emotional roots of things I thought were just physical.”
- SC, 37 years -
“I came in with chronic pain that doctors said I’d have to live with. After a few sessions, something shifted, both in my body and how I relate to it. I feel lighter, freer, and more in control than I’ve felt in years.”
- SK, 53 years -
“What I appreciate most is the honesty and space to just be. No pressure to perform or fix. Just gentle support that somehow helped me make peace with my body and trust it again.”
- EM, 24 years -
“I didn’t have a diagnosis. I felt a constant heaviness I couldn’t shake. Doctors said everything looked fine, but I didn’t feel fine. These sessions gave me space to slow down, listen to myself, and reconnect with something I hadn’t in years: myself.”
- JG, 45 years -
Clients come to Vipnotherapy because they’re ready for something different. They’ve been managing symptoms for years, trying treatment after treatment, and still feel like something deeper hasn’t been addressed.
No screens. No distractions. Just quiet, focused sessions where you’re truly seen and supported.
We work with both what your body has been holding and what your subconscious may still be replaying—gently bringing the two together so healing can begin.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t have to explain everything. You just have to show up. The rest unfolds naturally.
This isn’t a program to push through. It’s a space to listen inward and let your own healing response guide the way.
The practitioners bring more than credentials—they bring empathy and care.
Healing doesn’t happen in a rush. Vipnotherapy gives you the time and space to reconnect with your body, understand your emotional patterns, and move toward relief—step by step.
Before you commit, you’re welcome to book a free, no-obligation call to learn more about the process and ask any questions. You’ll never be pressured—this is your choice, on your terms.
Each session is in-person at our San Ramon center. The first session lasts 80 minutes. All others are 50 minutes.
You can pay for 3 sessions at a time, or receive up to 20% discount if you choose to pay for the full package upfront. We accept online payments, checks, or cash.
We begin with a simple intake to understand your health history and what you’re currently facing. There’s no test to “qualify”—if you’re ready to show up for yourself, we’re here to walk with you.
Here’s our promise: If at any point you feel the sessions aren’t helping, you can stop—and receive a full refund for the unused sessions.
No questions asked.
Clinical Hypnotherapist | Vipassana Practitioner (Goenka Tradition) | Master Coach | Co-founder, Inner Leap
After two decades of leading people and culture transformations in the corporate world, Sudhir Singh turned inward—to explore healing, presence, and what it truly means to be well.
His journey began much earlier. He was first introduced to Transcendental Meditation at the age of 12 and has practiced it ever since, along with other mind-body disciplines like yoga. Over the years, his interest deepened into a lifelong commitment to inner awareness, self-regulation, and integrative healing.
An engineer by training and a student of systems theory, Sudhir has always viewed life as a web of interconnected processes. That perspective helped him see something profound while studying Clinical Hypnotherapy and deepening his Vipassana practice: the mind and body aren’t just connected—they are constantly shaping each other in ways we often ignore.
Vipnotherapy grew out of that realization.
As a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and long-time Vipassana practitioner, Sudhir has witnessed how the body stores stress and how the mind quietly holds on to old emotional patterns—even when life has moved on. His work now centers on helping people reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and rediscover the quiet strength they’ve always carried.
He doesn’t offer quick fixes. But he does offer a grounded, compassionate space where the body and mind can find real relief—and perhaps, even a new kind of clarity.

Vipnotherapy is a gentle healing method that blends two powerful approaches: Vipassana (a form of body-based meditation) and Clinical Hypnotherapy (a guided way to work with your subconscious mind). It helps you explore and release the physical and emotional patterns that may be contributing to your chronic condition.
No. Vipnotherapy is not a substitute for medical care. It’s a complementary support system that works alongside your existing treatments—especially for chronic conditions where stress, emotions, or unresolved experiences may play a role. It helps you reduce your allostatic load and the need for medication.
Yes, hypnotherapy is safe when practiced by a trained professional. You remain in control the entire time. You cannot be made to do anything against your will. It’s more like a relaxed, focused state—similar to being deeply absorbed in a book or movie.
Yes, especially with chronic conditions. Scientific studies show that Vipassana and other body-based awareness practices (like Yoga and Qigong) can reduce stress, inflammation, chronic pain, and emotional triggers that may worsen physical health. Vipnotherapy builds on this by combining deep awareness with guided emotional release.
While most people notice some relief after the first session, real and lasting change tends to unfold over time. That’s why we work in packages. Certain patterns—especially those behind chronic conditions—need space to resolve fully, and reinforcement afterward helps prevent relapse. You’re never locked in, though. If at any point you feel the process isn’t right for you, unused sessions are fully refundable.
Not at all. Vipnotherapy is for anyone—no prior experience or belief system required. You just need a little curiosity and the willingness to try something new.
We primarily work with adults 18+. In some cases, teens may be accepted with parental consent and a readiness check.
We do not work with clients diagnosed with acute psychiatric conditions or personality disorders. If needed, we may refer you to a more appropriate form of care.
All sessions are held in person at our quiet and private space in San Ramon, California. We believe healing happens best when you’re fully present—in body, mind, and space. In special cases, virtual sessions could be considered.
